    Answer: (a) 2√3 sq.m

    Solution:-
    The height of an equilateral triangle = √6

    Formula-
    Area of equilateral triangle = h^2/√3

    Then, area of  equilateral triangle = (√6)^2/√3
     = 6/√3
     = 2 x √3 x √3/√3
     = 2 √3

    So, the area of the equilateral triangle will be 2√3. 

    Hence, the correct answer is option (a) 2√3.
