Manali – Leh is the highest roadways of India in the world. It is a highway in Ladakh in Jammu and Kashmir in India. Manali is situated in Himachal Pradesh in north India. It was made by the Border Roads Organisation (BRO) of Indian army.

It opens for only 4-5 months in a year. It close in October month because the ice is cold in this way.

The average height of this highway is 4, 000 m and the maximum height of this highway is 5, 328 m. The total length of this highway is 474 kilometer. Manali joints Lahaul – speeti and jonscakar by this highway.
