    Answer: (4) 432 cm

    Explanation:-
    Given-
    The ratio of the sides = 3 : 4 : 5
    Let the sides of the triangle be = 3 X, 4 X  & 5 X.
    Then, the height = 4 X  & base = 3 X
    The area of a triangle = 7776 sq. cm

    Formula-
    The area of the triangle = height x base / 2

    Then, 3 X x 4 X / 2 = 7776   (Given in the question)

    12 X2 / 2= 7776
    6 X2 = 7776
    X2 = 7776/6
    X2 = 1296
    Square root of both side,
    X = 36
    Then, the sides of the triangle are 3 X = 3 x 36 = 108 cm, 4 X = 4 x 36 = 144 cm  & 5 X = 5 x 36 = 180 cm

    Formula-
    The perimeter of the triangle = Sum of their sides

    Then, the perimeter of the triangle = 108 + 144 + 180
    = 432 cm.

    Hence, the answer is (4) 432 cm.
