5-6 liters

The Total volume of blood in a normal adult human being is 5-6 liters.  A men has approximately 5.6 liters and other side woman has approximately  4.5 liters of blood in her body. In other words we can say that the volume of blood is one-eleventh of the body weight, we can easily say the amount of blood in the human body depends on size.

The body carries about 25 trillion red bloods cells, and most common blood type in the world is type ‘O’. The four main blood types are A, B, AB and O. Each blood type is either Rh positive or negative.
Blood is composed of cells and plasma. The cells include red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets.

The Cornea in the eye is the only part of body that has no blood, It takes in oxygen directly from air.
Blood carries food & oxygen to all of your body.
White blood cells are the fighter of our body.

An average human being can lose a maximum of 30%- 40% of the total blood volume and stay alive, provided he is given immediate treatment.

In an average healthy adult, the volume of blood is about one-eleventh of the body weight. Most sources state the volume of blood in an average human adult, who is between 150 to 160 pounds, as between 4.7 and 5 liters, although the more recent sources state the volume of blood in an average adult as 4.7 liters.
