    Kabini, Hemavati and Amaravati are the tributaries of the Cauvery river. This is the large river of the India. It is the most sacred river of southern India and it is sometimes called the Ganga of the South.

    The length of this river is 760 km. It is the smallest of the five major river of the India. It flows in the Karnataka state, Tamil Nadu state, to the way of Bengal.
