    Vinegar is a cooking ingredient used in making Noddles and other uses. It is a mixture of Acetic acid (CH3COOH) and Water. Vinegar has roughly 3% to 9% of acetic acid by volume. Vinegar is sour in taste  due to acetic acid.

    Acetic acid is an antibiotic that treats infections caused by bacteria or fungus. The most generic Acetic Acid Uses are:

    • As a solvent for many industrial processes
    • In the manufacture of fragrance and perfumes, synthetic fibers and textiles, ink and dyes, Soft drinks bottles and also in vinegar.

    You know that Vinegar word comes from the French, who aptly named it “vin aigre,” literally meaning sour wine. The use of vinegar to flavor food is centuries old. The vinegar is considered to be good for the health, particularly for improving circulation and countering fatigue.
