Option 1 is the right answer.

Viral disease occurs when a virus attacks on organism of body . Viruses are capsules with genetic material inside. They are very tiny, much smaller than bacteria. Viruses cause familiar infectious diseases such as the common cold, flu and warts.

Tuberculosis is a bacterial disease . It is spread by mycobacteria, usually Mycobacterium tuberculosis.Tuberculosis typically attacks the lungs.
