    Answer: (4) 150

    Explanation:-
    Let the  cost price of a cycle = Rs. X

    A sells a bicycle to B at a profit of 20%,
    Then, B pay for this bicycle = X x 120/100
    = Rs. 6 X/5

    B sells to C at a profit of 25%,
    Then, C pays for the bicycle = 6 X x 125/5 x 100
    = 6 X/4
    = Rs. 3 X/2
    If C pays 225 for it,            (Given in the question)
    Then, 3 X/2 = 225
    X = 225 x 2/3
    X = 75 x 2
    X = Rs. 150

    Then, Rs. 150 A pays for it.

    Hence, the answer is (4) 150.
