    Answer: (4) 24 sq metres 

    Solution:-
    The base of the right triangle = 8 metres
    The height of the right triangle = 6 metres

    Formula-
    The area of the right triangle = height x base/2. 

    Then, the area of the right triangle = 8 x 6 /2 
     = 24 sq metres. 

    Hence, the correct answer is option (4) 24 sq. metres.
