    Ginger is used as a spice or medicine. It is commonly used to treat various type of stomach problem. It is useful for the skin and its oil applied to relieve pain. Its contain chemicals that may reduce inflammation.

    It does not contains significant quantities of calories, carbohydrate, protein and fibre.
