    If a mass of body is doubled and speed is halves, the kinetic energy of body will be one fourth.

    Solution:-

    Kinetic energy = ½(mv2)

    When, m = mass and v = velocity.

    If the mass is double, the velocity is halves.

    Thus,  mass = 2m and  Velocity = 1/2V

    Then, Kinetic energy = ½( 2m x1/4 V2)

    Therefore kinetic energy will be ¼ mv2

    Hence, the mass of body is doubled and speed is halves, the kinetic energy of body will be one fourth.
