“World Food Day” is celebrated on
“World Food Day” is celebrated on Oct 16th. More than 850 million people in the world are hungry and this day is about recognizing the worldwide problem of hunger. World Food Day was established by FAO’s member countries at the Organization’s 20th General Conference in November 1945.
The World Food Day has been tradition in the USA since the first World Food Day in 1982.
