    Vitamins are group of organic compounds is called ‘Accessory Dietary Factor’. A substance that is commonly found in foods that helps your body to keeps healthy. These are 13 essential vitamins, they are;

    • Vitamin A – orange colored fruits and vegetables; dark leafy greens, like kale
    • Vitamin D – fortified milk and dairy product; cereals
    • Vitamin E – fortified cereals; leafy green vegetables, seeds and nuts
    • Vitamin K – dark green leafy vegetables, turnip & beet greens

    these are a fat soluble vitamins
