    Lactic Acid

    Curd, also known as Dahi. It’s a dairy product that made from fermented milk. It’s a popular food all over the country. Mostly Indian used Dahi in breakfast, lunch and also dinner. Consumption of Dahi has been associated with strengthening of the immune system, Those suffering from vaginal infection have also been found to have benefited from Dahi.
