    The famous Jain Centre in South India is Located at Kanchi. There are several Pilgrimage site all over the Indian subcontinent. Kanchi well known as Kanchipuram is known one of India’s Seven Sacred cities. It was the historical capital of Pallavas. This city is situated around 70 km from Chennai in the south Indian state of Tamil Nadu.

    The monastery of a Jain monk by name Dharmasena, there are two temples which are dedicated to the Tirthankaras Vrshabhadeva Vardhamana.
