    Answer: (2) Rs. 4800

    Explanation:-
    The selling price of an item = Rs. 3600
    Discount= 25%

    Then, the marked price of an item = 3600 x 100/(100 – 25)
    = 3600 x 100/75
    = 3600 x 4/3
    = 1200 x 4
    = Rs. 4800

    Then, the marked price of an item is Rs. 4800.

    Hence, the answer is (2) Rs. 4800.
