It’s liquid is packed with simple sugars, electrolytes, and minerals to replenish dehydration condition inside the human body.

    Coconut water is composed of many naturally occurring bioactive enzymes such as acid phosphatase, catalase, dehydrogenase, diastase, perosidase, RNA-polymerases etc.
