The Fundamental of Right of Indian Citizen are Contained in?
Part III of Indian Constitution
Part III of the Indian Constitution are provided such rights. The Constitution guarantees six fundamental rights to Indian citizens as follows:
- Right to equality
- Right to freedom
- Right against exploitation
- Right to freedom of religion
- Cultural and educational
- Right to constitutional remedies
There were seven fundamental rights in the Indian Constitution. Besides the above mentioned six rights, there was the right to property also. Since the Right created a lot of problems in the way of attaining the goal of socialism and equitable distribution of wealth, which was removed in 1978 from the fundamental rights in 1978 by 44th constitutional amendment.
