    Answer:  C solution.

    The pH Scale is a scale which is used to measure acidic and basic character of the solution.
    In earlier a chemist named Svante Arrhenius, he define the acids and base in 1887 as; if we have any solution, then put it into water sometimes it breaks into H+ or Hydrogen-ion then it is acid, if it breaks and releases OH- or hydroxide-ion then it is a basic in nature. the breaking of the solution in ions is known as “Dissociation” it describes the breakup of the compound.
