    Questions: What is Araneology?

Araneology  is the branch of zoology that deals with Spider. Spider has two major body part and eight legs. Some people perceive that spider is insects, but that is not true. Insect belong to the class “Hexapoda (according to this those insect has six legs such as like “butterflies, beetles, wasps and bees” etc. are under Hexapoda class )”.

Spider belongs to Arachnida and scorpion, mites and ticks also under the Arachnida). Thus the study of spiders biology, life and behavior is known as Araneology.
