The time of zero- hour in Parliament is 12 noon to 1.00 pm.
‘Zero hour’ as the “critical moment” or “the moment of decision” in parliament.Zero hour comes between question hour and regular business, where members can raise the issues of urgent importance that pertained to the people, though that issue may not figure in the business of the house. Normally zero hours gives place for raising important and current affairs.
