    Answer: (1). Plasmid

Genetic – Engineering: The genetic engineering is few similar to transplantation, in this process D.N.A is transgenic to others D.N.A. In this process of genetic engineering required genes of the one’s D.N.A are separated and add it others D.N.A.

The Genetic-Engineering is very useful for animals life as well as the plants to generate a new variety of plants. The D.N.A is main or origin part of life, D.N.A  is present in the nucleus of every cell.

D.N.A is made up of four subunits denoted by letters A, T, G and C, it is known as genetic code.
Plasmid is a circular part of D.N.A found in bacteria, it is known as a vehicle for storing and studying genes. Plasmid is also used in clone transferring or multi cloning site on inserting the human insulin gene into it.
